In this video I talk about six common ab myths:
Myth 1 - you get abs by doing ab exercises
Myth 2 - you can get abs in just 8 minutes a day
Myth 3 - you can do spot fat removal
Myth 4- to get 6-pack abs you need to buy something
Myth 5- For lower abs you need to do special exercises
Myth 6- Getting abs requires long, grueling ab workouts
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

He has already discussed interval training. Your more prone to injury and to most people with a low fitness level are most likely to struggle. It’s best to stick to goold old cardio.

You should’nt …
You should’nt recommend Cardio. Although low intensity for a long time burns more fat. But High intensity Like Sprinting for shorts amounts of time with short breaks burns more calories overall.

The same happened …
The same happened to me your probably at an even point now where your consuming as much food as your burning. You’ll have to increase the excersize you do now or reduce your portion sizes slightly

Definetley good …
Definetley good imput . experienced body builder here… from my experience i find the best way to develop abs (this doesn’t mean making them show) is by climbing the latter. i do this all the time with my exercises. example…
first set= a weight you can do 10-12 reps with
second= a weight you can do 8-10 reps with
third= a weight you can do 6-8 reps with.
— i also apply the latter method to ab workouts as well
– Swimming is my favorite cardio,#1 it burns many cals, #2 its the safest.

i walk for around …
i walk for around 45 minutes at a fast speed and keeping up the pace.. i have removed a lot of fat but there is still some jelly kinda fat left which is not going… it’s making me sick

A protein shake is …
A protein shake is just a meal replacement, nothing more. Have a protein shake when you need a meal but dont have time, and use protein shakes sparingly because they are not as good as real food.

Thats a myth started by people who are lazy and are looking for excuses not to do cardio. Unless you are running marathons, cardio will not burn off muscle.
