I need to have my abs show more, more deeper cuts, more bigger. Any tips and ways I could make my abs show mor?

So whenever I bend back, I can see a faint outline of my abs coming in. I would like it where I/you could see them without me bending back. I would like to see major abs when I flex normally. Any way I could do that? Any Tips? Anything. I have been eating healthy, and doing ab exercises. I’ve also been walking about 3 times a week 1.8 miles. But please understand I do have abs, show. But it’s hard to notice. Please don’t do the website, truth about abs, or please don’t do the home remedies page. I need ways for them to show, or a video on youtube, that will help me get them to show more. Thanks so much!

You can look up a video called 6 minute abs on youtube, it will kill you but you will get results. However one of the best ways to get cuts and keep them on your abs is to run a lot. Especially in fast, small, and many increments such as sprinting 400meters on a track about 5-6 times a day at about a minute speed. Or running 5 min miles about three times. As long as your running fast then your abs will feel it, and show it.

    What I am about to tell you works, and believe me this routine gave me a six pack, so pay attention.

    3. AFTER 3 MONTHS YOU WILL HAVE A 12 PACK, NO JOKE

    TIP: I recommend you download the videos using youtube video downloader and burn it on a DVD using Windows Movie Maker. Just remember, convert the video to WMV OK.

    You didn’t mention how much body fat you have, but fat obscures the muscles that you have, and losing as much fat as possible will show your muscles off better.

    Don’t hide them under the flab!!!!
