How to Keep the Constant Ripped Ab Look?

I always see guys who have abs that are perfect. the only way i can get mine to look like that is by flexing. My problem isnt body fat because I’m about 6% body fat. Also, i heard that if a person held a flexing position for a long period of time, then their abs would retain that perfect look. Is there any truth to that and how can somebody keep that constant ripped ab look without flexing?

The only surefire method is to paint on ab lines, as with the film, "300," which its spoof version, "MEET THE SPARTANS" made fun of.

When I’m relaxed, I can see where the ab lines are, and no doubt you can, too. Obviously, when I flex, they become prominent. This is natural. There may be some obsessed parties who over-work their bodies to get that look the whole time. This is not natural.

Not only is it not natural, it’s counter-productive. If you get to that extreme level, you must work on maintaining it. If you let up with the maintenance at a later point in your life, you’ll get flabbier more quickly. There may be more health ramifications, because what you’re talking about is not natural.

You must exercise your will, and overcome the images of the "perfect man" that our superficial society keeps bombarding us with. Some definition is good, but not to the point where you become a living sculpture. Life is not a Marvel comic book. If you choose to be so plastic on the outside, it may not be too short a step to develop a plastic consistency in the inside.

It sounds like you have a great body and great definition already. You’re very lucky, and you should be proud. Why is that not enough? Do you think you will be more appealing to the girls? You may be to the superficial among them, but the real women, the ones you will ultimately want to attract, could very well perceive you as a freak — if you overdo it.

    the only way is to be really really skinny and have lots of muscle mass on your abs or having extreme muscle there

    yes, my friend is around 10% body fat (guessing of course) and his abs always look ripped, then again hes 6′2" 200lbs. it really takes working your abs out with heavy weights to get them larger so they stick out more.

    lmao your definitely NOT 6%. try loosing more body fat chunko. and bein dehydrated makes them look more defined
