Anyone ever read either of the e-books, Burn the Fat or Truth About Abs?
Both of the e-books seem to discuss similar concepts and focus on similar goals, but have nonetheless caught my interest enough to buy one of them.
Anyways, I wanted to know which e-book you would recommend and why? Did you experience results?
Thanks! =)
Burn The Fat is a really good book. I have a copy of it and a lot of What he talks about I have actually done in the past to burn fat and build muscle. One of the things he focuses on is something I truly believe in, which is getting your mind ready to lose the fat. Once you have that down, everything else is gravy. I did a review on my site:

There is also a bunch of free stuff like articles, Q and A and a free ebook.

I bought the truth about abs although Ive only just started to implement the ideas. I havent stuck rigidly to the programme but there are plenty of suggestions that I have taken on board and I managed to drop 0.9% of my body fat in a week and I hope it will continue. Download the free report from the website and see if it appeals
