How can i get a good six pack? what are good extreme exercises?

im 14. 160 lbs. 6 foot 2 inches tall. i kinda already have abs but its only a four pack. it only ever shows when i flex. what can i do besides crunches? i know already about diet plans and stuff. im aware of my diet and that eating when your hungry is good to keep your metabolism going fast. set a goal for me on how many sets i should do, and how many sets. Thankyou! :)
If you know about diet, you should have a six pack (or 7 or 8 or whatever nature provided). If you have six heads to your rectus abdominus muscle and you can only see four, your problem is fat. If you have no subcutaneous fat on your abdomen, you will see your abs without flexing. However, you’ll see them more defined when you do flex. Just be sure to check how many heads you have. You don’t need to do anything besides crunches because the only thing the abs do is pull the pelvis and sternum closer together. It’s not a complex movement and does not require a complex workout. I’m a guy and I’m trying to get rid of fat? how?

I’ve got great abs great quads and good biceps. and I do lots of conditioning - martial arts

the thing is I have a little bit of fat flab stuff over top how do I get rid of that?

and I dont want to make my biceps and quads 2 bid from muscle….

health diets? workouts? other stuff?

Do P90X (workout program). there is a lean version of it if you are trying to lose weight and not gain much muscle. Also eat lots of fiber and protein, as those will keep you fuller for longer. Calories is the main thing you want to focus on, so keep those at about 2000-2500 if you are working out also.

How long should I work out to get a six pack?

Been working out at the gym doing all sorts of ab exercises and cardio. Trying to get my diet in gear and get my abs ripped but would like to know how long I should be in the gym. Much appreciate it.

go to the gym once every two days, and workout for no more than one hour.

why?
you wait two days because your body needs this to rest and build the muscles that you previously worked out.

why for an hour?
after an hour of working out, your body will no longer produce growth hormones, instead, it will start pumping out these NASTY hormones that will actually BREAK DOWN your muscles in order to give your body the energy it needs to continue working.

that is also why you shouldnt go to the gym everyday. because something similar is happening as what i just said.

since your going 3 times a week,
day 1- HEAVY. 3 sets of 6 reps
day 2- LIGHT. 3 sets of 12-15 reps
day 3- MEDIUM. 3 sets of 8-10

you can make slight variations if you want. but if you do these workouts and drink some whey protein after each workout, youl have a decent six pack in 2 weeks

How do I get flat abs in one week?

Foods to eat and workouts would be great. I have about an inch and a half of fat on my belly and I’d like to tone it up so I don’t have to suck in all the time, which gets annoying.

Knowing that you do carry some extra fat tells me that you should be doing quite a bit of cardio whether it be running or walking and always keep a journal. Keep doing your ab exercises but in order for your abs to show well you will have to change your eating habits. It is going to take longer than 1 week but if you really want this then time will not matter. Cardio will burn fat. Ab exercises will build the Abs. Try to do cardio daily but don’t get burn’t out. A day off once a week will work.

You will have to change your eating to 5 to 6 small meals per day and cut back on your portion size and cut back on the sweets and fats, It may take a little longer but you will be glad you did it. You will feel unreal!!

How to get in Shape! Please help.?

so I know im not fat. I just want to get in shape. over the years, i’ve gone through many months of conditioning for soccer. no matter how hard i’ve tried, i get in shape but i still have a bit of a belly? I was just wondering why? sometimes i even loose weight or tighten muscles but nothing ever seems to change? I would just like to know if there are any specific excercises that focus on the stomach and abs. Thanks!

Some people just have fat accumulation in different areas, depends on your genetics.

Keep going with some strength training, and focus on your abs (ie. crunches) more than the rest of your body. If you get in to the best shape you’ve ever been in, and you still have a bit of the belly, know that you’ll likely just have it for life.

I want to get a Six Pack without beig bony?

Ive been trying to get a six pack but I’ve lost a lot of fat and now am bony and skinny. I want to know how I can lose the rest of the fat to get a nice six pack without being bony on my shoulders and skinny

do full body exercises, like squats, bench press, pullups, deadlifts because they work out major muscle groups including your core and these kind of exercises increase testosterone production which will help add overall size.. and obviously if you want a sixpack then you should do ab exercises like crunches, etc. 2 or 3 times a week. just as important is to make sure you get sufficient carbs, unsaturated fats, and of course protein to build muscle. get a decent night sleep too. good luck

Im 15. i am 130lbs and about 5 feet 9 icnhes tall. I have no fat and run about 5 miles daily. i want abs. what exersises should i do and what should i eat? and other helpul advice please. anything i would need to know to get a hard stomic or abs. thanks

How Can I Get Abs Without Working Out?

I’m a 15 teen year old boy. I would like to get Abs & a little arm muscle. The only thing I can think of is taking steroids. Is this the only way to get abs? Is there any other ways? What are the effects if there is another way & what are the effects if steroids is the only way out? How long do you think it will take to receive abs? I am 6 feet and I weigh 150 Pounds. I am not fat, I’m average, pretty skinny, I guess

Never take steroids, It will stunt your growth and cause you severe problems when you get older like many types of cancers.

You are still young so you still have a lot of filling out to do. In 4 years i can see you at 190lbs.

Stick to the mass building exercises. never work each body part more than 2x per week and never 2 days in a row,

And remember>>at the gym that is where you tear down your muscle fibers and at home with lots of rest and good nutrition that is where your muscles rebuild bigger and stronger.

I eat healthy and i want to know what exercises i can do at my house to get it quick & fast. im not heavy im skinny i guess i just want a six pack. So can some one help??

crunches because sit ups will hurt your back in the long run and if you drink protein shakes and do crunches every day you will see results in #weeks and thats about as fast as it gets :) hope this helps

how to get ripped 6 pack abs?!?

Ok I have been doing ab exercises for over 3 months now.(Ab Ripper X, Crunches, Leg Lifts, and more)
Although it seems like I lack definition the more I train them they get stronger but I lose definiton. I do have a six pack but it seems Im losing it. Anybody have and ideas why whether its diet or maybe let me know some foods I should avoid and should not avoid to get ripped defined abs.

Spot training is NOT going to help, try some cardio and go on a diet.
