if you’re getting dizzy, it could be that you’re a) overtraining or b) not hydrated. remember that building muscle is 80% nutrition and 20% lifting. other than that, i don’t see why you could be getting dizzy. unless it’s outrageously hot or something.

There all different variations to a program to avoid staleness..
IMO, I think that the first program is the best one of all his newer ones..
I havent followed his program, but have used some of the exercises he uses in his first program..
Stick with pushups, swiss ball pushups, pullups and inverted rows.. those are some great movements..

Training Big muscle …
Training Big muscle groups makes you get a increased metabolism which makes you burn fat. You actually dont have to do any Abs exercise to get ripped abs, instead decreasing fat and increasing your big muscle groups will do just fine.
It says get ripped abs, not that you exercise with rectus abdominis.
