How to get my abs ripped?
Iv been working on my abs and their starting to come through but its just the whole abs but theres hardly any didvision between the six. Are there any exercises that will get them ripped and defined?
More or harder excercises at this point wont do it, so if you’re able to see them, start really clamping down on your diet. You”ll need to get to less than 8% bodyfat to bring out the definition.

3 things that made me loose 10lbs in 2 weeks.
1.Mindset and context knowledge – I totally changed the way I think of things, eliminated the work fat from my vocabulary and replaced it with words like fit, toned, sculpt and alike. Sometime a simple change of vocabulary diverts your focus to your goal and that made me find the information I need.
2.Alkaline diet – with focus shifted I found more information about alkaline diet. In summary, our body has a natural tendency to eliminate acid. Acids that comes from the food we eat, the emotions we feel, the environment we are in and a lot more. Easiest way that our body does is bind acid with fat (stores acid) and store fat in places like arms, legs, our tummy, etc. This prevents acid from harming our internal organs. Alkaline foods and drinks helps the body eliminate acid and with less acid in our body, fats are no longer needed.
3. Get a Master plan (workout / exercise) – with continues research I found a master plan which I added to my weight management. Aerobic exercises and workout plans increased my body’s metabolism and energy and surely this speeds up my goal.

Do more sit ups and use ab lounge :).

Join the wrestling team. You have to use your abs a lot and they’ll make you do a lot of sit ups
