how do i get ripped abs?
im 14 at the moment and im quite chubby, im 5′3, and im doing exams at the moment but i normally have 2-3 hours free time, what sort of exercise should i start to do to get ripped abs like some people in my class and what kind of diet should i eat, It would be really helpful if you write a timetable or something thanks a lot ; D ( I have a treadmill and cross trainer if that helps)
ripped abs is all about diet and not much to do with a particular exercise.
It is about trying to lose the fat that covers up the mid section and hides the muscle.
To lose the fat, you want to be very active. stop be sedentary and start being constantly active.

Along with exercise i heard celery is good for losing any excess weight. It probably wont taste good by itself but just add it to some foods.
