First rule: eat a good breakfast every day: 2 sandwiches with chicken meat or cheese
                                                             1 glass of milk or yogurt or orange juice

Second: eat around noon: same as first rule.

Third: eat dinner at about 6 pm: some potatoes or pasta, veggies and some meat.

Fifth: when you don't go too far from home: walk instead of driving or biking.
