How can I lose weight fast and get ripped?

Okay, I am 13 years old. I am a guy. I am about average height. I am a lot fatter than average, but I am smaller than overweight. I want to lose weight and hopefully get ripped, as soon as possible.

My main (rational) goal is to have a flat stomach by August 19th, or the week after. My secondary (probably irrational) goal is to be ripped (have abs, big muscles, etc) by August 19th or the week after.

I want someone to tell me a good routine and good diet for me to reach either of my goals. And the kind of routine I’m talking about is typing something like:
"1. Sunday: do this for how many minutes, etc
2. Monday: do this for how many minutes, etc
3. Tuesday: do this for how many minutes, etc"
and so on.

I am unable to go to a gym, and I am unable to use any weights. Basically the only exercise equipment I have is a bike and a treadmill, and I would be quicker to do the treadmill than the bike.

Actually it’s quite simple to achieve your goal:

First rule: eat a good breakfast every day: 2 sandwiches with chicken meat or cheese
1 glass of milk or yogurt or orange juice
or coffee or tea.
Also a good breakfast would be cereal with milk or yogurt without sugar.

Second: eat around noon: same as first rule.

Third: eat dinner at about 6 pm: some potatoes or pasta, veggies and some meat.

Fourth: in between eating: no snacks, no ice cream, just water or very low calorie drinks.

Fifth: when you don’t go too far from home: walk instead of driving or biking.

Sixth: Use the treadmill EVERY day for one half hour at least.
