		<description>the simple answer is that everyone has abs. its just that some people have their abs hidden behind body fat. the best way to shed this body fat and expose those abs is the start eating healthy and do CARDIO! cardio will burn that fat and the healthy eating will keep it away.
crunches will help, but if you want to speed up the process a little besides cardio, instead of performing 200 crunches. try performing 50 with a 45lb. plate on your stomach. heavy resistance forces more blood through the muscle and makes it bigger. the bigger the abs. the better they will show.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;personal experience</description>

you also got to be dedicated and have a low percentage of body fat so basicly ur gunna have to run/jog weight off. everyone has ab;'s u just cant see them.
