What is the fastest way to tone my abs and or legs?
In march I’m going swiming, so I have to get toned, I do have some ab muscles right now but I want really toned abs… What should I eat, what exercises and for how long (Less then ten minutes a day)
Same for legs.
Eat less fat
Do cardiovascular exercises jumping, jogging, running, cycling.
Avoid doing to much abdominals crunches.
