What is the best way to get good abs without doing sit-ups?
Like, have you used any of those things? (Ab rocket, ab circle, etc.)
And did they work? Or what do you recommend?

i go to a gym near home and the have an abench which all you do is hold the handles and rock back and fourth or you can just do leg lifts, Aerobic exercises?

Read this very, very carefully, because there is an insane amount of myths going around regarding how to get good abs.
There are two things you must do to get awesome abs. Just two. Nothing else.
1) Eat fewer calories. Nothing crazy… you don’t need to develop anorexia to get good abs, just eat a little less. If you eat a normal diet, try taking out about 200 calories. And don’t eat anything past 7:00 PM.
2) Do more cardio. That means running, jogging, hiking, stairs. Anything that gets the heart rate going and has you out of breath and grabbing your knees.
That’s it. Exercises are great because they strengthen the core and can provide a little definition to the abs, but 95% of it comes from those two things.
If you want good core exercises, try to get your hands on Ab Ripper X and Core Synergistics, which are from the P90X program. But even these alone won’t help you too much with your abs if you don’t figure out a healthy diet and do plenty of cardio.
