What do i have to do to get 6 pack abs (picture below)?

Dieting and excercising. Avoid soda and limit sugar in-take. Avoid fast-food as much as possible and be aware of your calorie in-take each day. Don't cheat on your diet no more than 1 day a week. Join a gym, and work-out at the gym at minimum 2-3 days a week. I try and go to the gym 3 days a week, but I'm a full-time college student and work part-time. When i go to the gym, I usually do 12-30 minutes of cardio and then work my upper body strength. Only working-out at home, will take longer to see improvemnts. Work-out at the gym, and at home do 4 sets of 20 push-ups.

start doing 50 situps a night before you go to bed, this idea is simple but works!

start by doing cardio, you need to burn off some fat or theyll never show. getting a 6 pack is more about haveing VERY little fat then great abs.

lay on ur bed and have half of ur top body off tha bed and other half on tha bed and do sit ups. it will be harder cuz u will be able to go back further. it will build more muscle then laying on tha ground.
