I’m satisfied with how big I am now I want to get more tone, tips please?
So i have been working out for a couple years now, I’ve gained lots of weight and have gotten my bench up to 200lbs and I’m currently 155lbs 5′11" I’m pretty light but I’m starting to look huge and bulky, I’m pretty satisfied with how big I am and I want to stop getting bigger and start focusing on keeping my body toned and ripped, meaning cut the body fat, get some abs (I have a 6six pack but its not fully showing, only when I flex) and make my muscles look like muscles and not just a lump of powerful muscle. Any tips please? What I’m thinking is lower my weights dramatically in everything and double-triple the amt. of reps, with more non lifting exercises like Planks, pushups, dips etc…i’ve heard cardio is bad 4 this because It burns MUSCLE instead of fat but I really want to start bike riding again should I cut this out? Thank You
