im looking to lose some weight but im not fat.?
I’m a fairly skinny guy im 5′10 and 160 pounds. I have abs or whatever and im not in the best shape i could be. My goal is to lose all my exess body fat and get into better shape. im not looking for anything extravagant but i want a diet plan or at least foods that i can eat everyday that will help me to lose this weight.
I swim for a uss swim team and each practice is at least 6000 yards but not that its the long course its more. I also run occasionally in my free time. i really want to have less than 13.1% body fat and i dont know what im at now or how to find out.
Any suggestions on how to lose this weight and get to my desired body fat would be awesome. A list of food choices would also be cool too….also does celery actually have reverse calories?

It sounds like your issue is that you need to tone up, not to lose body fat. Every pound of muscle you build will burn an extra 50 calories without you even lifting a finger.
Now, no food in particular is going to make you lose weight or increase your muscle mass. No food has that magical property. You need to look at your calorie intake as a whole and you need to focus on eating clean.
Eating clean means eating real, whole, natural, unprocessed food. Eat as close to the earth as possible. Twinkies and Doritos are out - the most processed food you should eat should be on the level of bread or cheese.
In order to change your body, you have to overload your body. Try adding high-intensity interval training to your workouts. They don’t need to be really long workouts if you’re working yourself to exhaustion.

wanna lose weight? cardio cardio cardio. Run, bike, swim etc. for as long as you can, as far as you can, as fast as you can. The weight will literally melt off within a week or two if you keep it up everyday, I can promise you that.
You should stick with water or organic juice, white meat and lots of fruits and veggies. And not only will you look better, but you’re gonna feel like a million bucks.

I use many different method to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing method. It works just amazing and I lost my weight fast after I got correct method.
