I dont get how to get it?
I have a 6-pack and i work out my abs alot, have been for like a year now, and i still cant get an 8-pack, i dont understand how its physically possible? also do u know any exercizes that can make that happen?
The lower abdominal muscle is the hardest to get because you need to specifically target it. The best way is to put your legs on top of the sofa head and while your head is upside down get youself up without forcing your feet.
