How you Get Six Pack Abs?
What exersises i need to do?? how can i get them?
What you should do is try doing yoga to stretch yourself out for exercises. crunches obviously… but make sure to rotate to different sides when you do it. ex: first you do a crunch like normal from the middle then the next time to the right, then to the left and so on. Running is another good idea. also you should drink lots of water for this boosts your metabolism.
