How to reduce belly fat to show abs?

Well I have a lot of muscle all over my body but it just doesnt show expecially in my calves and abdominal area. I work out often and i can feel pretty big muscles underneath my fat on my abs. How can I make my abs show from under the fat and get rid of the fat. I do work out my abs alot and it hasn’t helps show the muscle am I not doing proper exercises or is it something else?

    Bodyfat is all about calories consumed versus calories burned (i.e. metabolized). To reduce bodyfat, you must modestly decrease calories consumed while maintaining your activity level. It all comes down to simple math. When there’s adequate calorie burning (metabolizing), the fat must go.

    getting abs to show is probably the hardest thing to do. You must make sure to eat a STRICT DIET. The flab on your abs is the hardest to burn off.

    I highly reccomend reading "The Abs Diet". It gives you a diet which is made up of food you will actually enjoy eating.

    In order to reduce fat you need to do cardiovascular (cardio) training such as running or any other high intensity activity which will enable you to burn fat. You can’t spot reduce fat on a particular part of your body. When you do cardio you will reduce your overall fat level.

    Same story with me to be honest i had a layer of fat on my abdominal area aswel. I had to hit cardio a little bit more and thankfully it just disappered. Also importantly your diet will play a key role aswel. Try to stay away from fatty foods and maintain a healthy diet.

    All of our genetics work differently thats why people store fat in different parts of the body. To reduce your fat your have to reduce your overall level.

    First the two best ways to work out your abs are bicycle crunches and jack knives. Bicycle crunches are like regular crunches you start laying on your back with you hands behind your head and one leg extended straight out 6 inches off the deck and the other bent at a 90 deg. angle. If it’s your left leg that’s bent bring your right elbow to that knee (not your knee to your elbow) then switch legs and elbows. Jack knives are a B****. You start off laying on your back with your hands extended over your head and legs straight out 6 inches off the deck. Bring your legs and arms up simultaneously and touch your toes in the air.
    If you already do these you might be eating wrong. I have that same pouch of fat that no matter what i do it wont go away. Than i went through this boot camp a gym had that put me on a very strict diet and by the end my fat was gone. If you really want it to go away (and your like me) it takes a lot of work to stay on track. No candy no cake or any other sweets (well you can but like once a week and in small amounts) no soda or energy drinks. Lots of water and plenty of running. You’ll drop it after that. I personally just live with the pouch lol. I’d rather be decently muscled every were else and be in great shape except a little pouch and be able to have ice cream. But i hope this helps.
