how to get that playmate/pornstar stomach, butt, and arms?
what kind of EXERCISES can i do to get that big tight/cellulite free butt that playboy playmates/pornstars have?
same for their tiny non jiggly arms
and tight stomach without body builder abs
im not fat in the first place i just want a body like that
no go anorexic answers, surgery, liposuction, and/or medical treatments.
if you really want the points ill give them to the BEST answer

You do know those pornstars are covered head to toe in make up and record in multiple takes, not all at once. So the make up is re applied etc all over where it needs to be.

They have workouts on youtube (plus signing up on their website is free, and they have diet & workout plans to help you out)
They have an incredible butt blasting work out is really good.

hey there
well hun you really need to want it,
you have to be on a very strict diet.
one hour of cardio
and one hour of weight training.
also run ATLEAST a mile a day.
and if you can go swimming as all your muscles in your body works.
thats what i did when i was 160lbs and now im 111lbs (im 5′9) and my measurements are 34-24-34 and my body is very toned.
you dont HAVE to go that thin though
stop at any time you want.
after you reach your goal keep on that diet but you wont have to exercize as much, like that you can stay your weight
