how to get ripped and a 6 pack?

im only 13 years old so i dont know if i can build muscle yet but i want to. how do i get big muscles, ripped and a 6 pack abs?

you can start working out but the only way to get ripped and get a 6 pack is to get your body fat % low enough, which is about 8 or 9%. i recommend lots of cardio and light/medium resistance training for now, and a really healthy diet low in good fats and high in protein and carbs. thats really the only way to go. good luck.

    It depends, some people build muscle easier then others. For example, me and my friend are both 14 and he does a 15 minute workout every night and has a six pack and strong pecks. But for me, i’ve been working out for a year now, going to a gym 3 times a week, and im just catching up to him. If your parents will get you a gym membership i would get one, but if not take up a sport or exercise!

    Crunches build up ab muscle
    Push-ups build peck and arm muscle
