How to get rid of belly fats to get lower abs?

I’ve been searching some videos how to get rid of belly fats! But I was just wonder, when you do Cardio Workout, for 10 minutes, those that get rid of your belly fats, and give you lower abs or packs?

It’s more than "workout…duh" if it was that easy everyone would be skinny moron. I workout..duh! Alot of people eat unecessarily when they’re hungry. Try to eat only 2-3 meals a day, don’t over do it with the fatty snacks, people eat when bored..in between. Drink water instead of juice and eat an ocassional fruit, for fruit intake. Exercise, pushups and situps and lots of running. It takes determination, itt’s worth it though.http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ap979ekpkOzmBVuH5C0OEHbsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090802203254AAUPc3F

Most people think that doing light weights with many repetition is good for losing weight, but thats bull. Remember, nothing burns fat like muscle, so just trust to gain a bit muscle and that fat should be burning in no time.

but please, don’t lose the fat on dem hips ;D

When you eat less or exercise more, and you start losing weight, the weight comes off equally on all parts of your body. Exercising only a specific body part, like your belly, won’t make fat burn off faster there - it will still burn off everywhere at the same rate.

But… exercising a specific body part *can* tone the muscle in that area, which will make it look less flabby, even if there is still fat there too.

There are no magic diets or supplements that can change any of this, it’s just how your body works.

Targeted weight loss isn’t possible. You will have to lose overall body fat in order to reduce the fat in your belly. If you are like many people who store more fat in their abdomen this can be a real problem.

Possibly lipo suction can help you reduce excess fat, however, it’s unlikely they will be able to suck out enough to give you a six pack.

    Diet and exercise.

There’s two parts to this (as there is to just about any fat loss):
    - diet
    - exercise

You can’t "target" weight loss to a specific area of your body. When you diet and exercise, you are training your entire body.

Here’s the diet side: The goal is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. But it goes beyond just burning calories. You must take in the proper amounts of foods (which includes some "good fats"). If you already have a healthy diet then you may want to try eating less food per sitting and eating more times per day. This should help your metabolism speed up, thus burning more calories.

Now the exercise side: As I mentioned, you can’t target a section of your body to lose fat. If you wanted to build muscle, you would then target those areas. Since that’s not your goal, just keep up with a moderate amount of cardio (treadmill, running, biking, etc.). Don’t get your heart rate too high, you’ll move out of the "fat burning zone" into the "cardio building zone". Make sure you do this at least 3 to 5 times per week for an hour each.

You should start to see the fat drop and your belly will get flatter. Good luck.
