Ok so…
1.) Do 30 - 50 of these
2.) At least 30
3.) Do 90
4.) 30 - 50
5.) 3 sets of 30 seconds to 2 minutes (as long as you can do it)
Form is important in all these exercises so watch the videos carefully.. With the first 3 exercises do them in a rotation like do 15 situps, then 10 ab wheels, then 30 hockey twists, and do that rotation 3 - 4 times.. Then after that take a lil break an get some water. Then do your leg raises then finish with your planks.. Do all your leg raises in one sitting…. then go on to do your planks. Only do this every second day or else you’ll be very sore. Your abs are like evry other muscle they need at least one day off to recover an rebuild bigger and stronger. Don’t give up If you do this at least 3 times a week youll have a 6 pack in 3 months to a year depending on your build… Remember to intensify your workout as it becomes easier… You should also workout every muscle in your body if you really want some pussy/dick if ur a girl or boy i dnno….. good luck

    put15 pounds or more behind your head and do bicycle crunches it will take 1 or 2 weeks i do that and i have ripped abs and im 11
