How to get abs and muscle fast?
im 18 year old girl and im pretty skinnyy, i want to gain weight and muscle at the sametime, i mostly want to get a 4 pack and work my way up to a 6 pack what type of excersizes will be most effective?? is it possible to get more muscle in 2 weeks? And what should i include in my diet that will help me gain muscle?
You should do some basic exercises with weights at your local gym that will help you build muscle. For the first couple of weeks you should just work each machine for about 3 sets with light weights just to get used to things. Then figure out which body parts and exercises seem to work best for you and concentrate on them. From there you can design your own exercise program. Also, diet is important as well. Your should try to eat mostly nutritionally dense foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and that will help you greatly with your workout.

Since you are skinny there will be even faster results, you should get an exercise ball, and do 100 crunches a night on it. In around 3 weeks you will see results. To make it even more challenging, hold some 2 to 5 pound weights.

When it comes to training your Abs, gender isn’t all that important. you need to do the same exercises with the same repetition schemes, you need to eat smart, and do cardio workouts.
The main difference as far as ab work is concerned is where you are genetically predisposed to store fat. men will store it on their obliques (love handles), women will store it on their lower abs….http://www.sixpack-abs-exercises.com/six-pack-abs-exercises-files/six-pack-abs-exercises-six-pack-abs-faqs.html
