How to get a well toned body without getting buffed up?
I want to know how to get a good looking body with nice chest, shoulders, and abs, but not get buffed up or get biceps, etc?
if you lift small weights but alot you will get toned up and cut if you do to many pushups your chest will pump up so dont do pushups just sit ups and lift small weights that will get your body cut and toned

Warm up - 20 minutes cardio
Weights - 40 minutes light weights with a lot of reps
Cooldown - 20 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill.

Thats the best way to stay fit and maintain it throughout actually.
You need to keep your work out schedule on a daily basis 4 atleast 15 mins. It should include light warm up walk, then stretch out each part of your body with simple exercises to maintain your reflexes strong and in shape.
