How to get a flat stomach in a short amount of time?
Hi
i need to lose 10 - 15 kgs ( 22 - 33 pounds) in the shortest amount of time.
i need the exercise plan, diet plan and anything else to help.
i dont want big muscular abs just a flat stomach.
i can lose weight overall not just problem areas.
my stomach is a bit bulgy at the bottom when i where tight things and is basically out all the time.
if i wear loose things its no problem but i would rather not suck in all the time.

first you must cut junk food, sweets, chocolates, chips, sodas, alcohol, and start eat healthy, like fruits, vegetables, juice, salads, meat without fat, fish, just eat healthy.
for exercise i suggest you to join a gym and tell to a trainer to find you a workout program for your situation.
the key to lose weight or lose fat, is to eat healthy and workout hard, if you join a gym do a lot treadmill
ok i suggest you start running, jogging outside, or ride a bike, or find a sport. to lose your fat you will need cardio exercises except from a healthy diet so start running for 20-30 min and you will see difference
