How long would it take to get toned and get abs if you are consistent with diet and workouts?

like keep a good strict diet, stay away from sodas, booze, etc and workout 5-6 times a week with a mixture of cardio and weight training? Im 175 or so and 5′5, 28 yrs old…thanks!

yo, that sounds like a good plan. Definitely stay away from alcohol, I quit drinking over the last two weeks and started doing sit ups and I’m slimming down pretty quick.

As far as abs goes, I’d check out this guide..

    those workout videos work good and detox tea is really helpful,be sure to eat lots of fruit,veggies and LOTS of water (it grows on you)
