How long will it take me to lose my gut?
So I have been going to the gym for the past three weeks.
I do strength training, and some cardio.
I havent been able to do as much cardio as I would like though.
I work on my chest, back, shoulders, biceps, abs, and triceps.
And I dont spend more than 1 hour in the gym.
So after three weeks I havent really seen any results and I didnt expect to.
But if I am doing all those exercises how long will it take for me to get rid of my gut. I am not trying to lose weight. I just want to get rid of the gut I have had since I was little.
Healthy diet and do more cardio!
try do atleast an hour of cardio on different machines then once that hour is over start doing your weight training.

Doing crunches/ab exercises will not get rid of you gut!

you workout a different body part each day, you must have a healthy diet or you will not see results you are what you eat, you must do a variety of exercises, it varies though like me it took a long time to loose my gut can take a couple of months just don’t try those wonder pills they do not work i have tried many before
