How long will it take for me to get abs?
I am a 15 year old female and weigh 110 plds. If i run and do 100 sit ups everyday, how long will it take for me to get abs? I also have a very healthy diet.

Forever. 100 situps a day is not much. They only work your upper abs. What are you going to do about the lower abs, obliques, and the other muscles in the midsection?

You didn’t specify how long, but if you jog 30 minutes a day, i would say a month or two

For me it took months to see progress. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day and don’t restrict yourself of too much calories. Starving makes you gain, don’t believe the hype.
