		<description>I would say 4 weeks... you have to focus on reducing your body fat% (BF%), because even if you do tons of ab workouts and strenghten your ab muscles, they won't be seen under the layer of fat.

So Eat healthy meals (lean proteins, green veg, nuts etc)
Do a fatloss workout routine 3times a week, or so -ex [mon, wed, fri]
Do ab workouts twice a week (for abs &#38; obliques) -ex [tues &#38; thurs]

		<description>You have abs if you really look. But to get more definite abs you have to tighten your abdominal area up. I suggest crutches, 6 inches. Then more workouts toward working that area out. Also you have to eat right. Be sure to eat fruits, hydrate yourself with water. Plus be dedicated cause the definition is not going to up up in 2 days. Now you may notice a difference but keep it up.
