How long does it take abs to become noticable?

just by doing sit ups whats the estimated time for noticeable improvement.

It really can take a great time. You need more than just sit-ups.Try jogging. Just keep at it though.

    Just about eternity (honestly).

    You need to lose fat by doing a more intense activity such as running, heavy weight lifting, or swimming, and build the muscle itself by applying resistance with an ab machine or by doing weighted crunches.

    It all depends first off on how fat you are and second how hard you work. If you really want to get sculpted do FULL sit ups for upper abs and leg lifts for your lower abs. I normally do as many as I can until I can’t do any more and my abs are very noticeable. I don’t like crunches but you could try them I just don’t think there very effective.
