How do you get abs that show?
I do 100-150 situps 6 days a week, and I have very tight, hard abs. But, they don’t show when and when I’m not flexing. How do I get them to show?
I’m almost 15, 5′7”, and 150 lbs. I’m very athletic, and do 100-150 situps every day. I know that I have hard abs, but they don’t show.
The best way to get your abs to show when your not flexing is probably to change up your workout routine. Doing sit ups all the time will help, however, you should do more. The best way to get your abs to show is to work the whole area. Here is a great website with exercises for not just your abs but your core muscles, obliques, and abs. Doing a different workout routine each day, or just mixing stuff up each day will help you to get them to show. Also, you might need to do a little bit of cardio to slim down and trim your waist. If you are as athletic as you say you are, I am sure you aren’t fat, but slimmign your waistline will help your abs to show.

Get your fat percentage below 10% and you’ll be walking around with your pecs popping the whole day.
Go to the Gym or your GP to calculate it.
