How do you get a six pack of abs to be really visable fast?

ok so i weigh 150lbs i already lost over 15lbs. but i still dont have a six pack, or i do but its under a bit of fat soo what i wanna do is just burn that fat off and increase my six pack muscle size..
do you have a six pack.. if so then what size of pants do you use.. i currently use a size 29w to a 30w. =P

if u want your abs to show u have to do cardio and eat healthy, eat food with less amount of mass even
if it has more calories because they wont blow your stomach up ,instead it will keep it smaller, and as you exercise your metabolisim will go up and you wont get as hungry as often, which will help you lose
a large amount of fat from your stomach, so remember do cardio, but not blowing up your stomach
with food with a large amount of mass is the key, eat smaller meals

    For getting that 6 pack is to perform regular abdominal exercises. Make sure that you are working both your upper and your lower abs with exercises such as sit-ups, leg lifts, and v-ups. Another great ab exercise, according to researchers, is the bicycle. To do it, lie on your back, lift your legs up to 45 degrees, and pedal as if you were on a bicycle. Additionally, do not neglect your oblique muscles, which are on either side of your stomach. Any exercise that twists your body, such as twisting sit-ups and side bends, can do this.

    I’m about 155-160 lbs and my waiste is 32 approx. Just losing fat won’t cut it, you also need to build muscle mass in your abdominals to make your abs bigger (making them more visible). Only way to do this is like what other people said: exercises that work out your abs (sit ups, planks, six inches etc). Make sure you’re actually going to failure and not just going till you start to get tired when performing an exercise.

    Eat a lot of raw vegetables. It makes you lose fat fast! Eat wholegrains as well and cut out dairy (and meat if you can). I followed this diet in order to help my skin, however one fantastic side effect was that the fat on my tummy went away in like 3 days!! The key though was the raw vegetables and salad. You can add nuts, sesame seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon to make it taste better.

    There’s so many nutrients in raw food. We also get fuller quicker when we eat raw food.

    You are on the right track .. the trick with getting a six pack is to reduce your fat levels. That is really the only way to get results.
