		<description>You will need to get a strong core.  Running will also help since it pumps blood and works your endurance.  Look around on Google for some ab workouts.  I posted some websites below for you to check out.  Also try looking at Youtube videos cause those also help :)  Good luck!  Also I find it easier to do it with someone else because it gets boring after a while.
