How do i get strong abs?

I really need strong abs for cheerleading and dance, and fast!! What are some tips and exercises i can do to get strong abs? And lose my belly fat. HELP!!

You will need to get a strong core. Running will also help since it pumps blood and works your endurance. Look around on Google for some ab workouts. I posted some websites below for you to check out. Also try looking at Youtube videos cause those also help :) Good luck! Also I find it easier to do it with someone else because it gets boring after a while. Plus, it also pushes you to keep up with each other :P

    run your ass off, upside down crunches or inclined at least and leg ups, (knee highs).

    For strong abs in cheer leading, we do 100 v-sets. We dislike them but we do them. Also, crunches and planks.
