How do i get strong abs?
I really need strong abs for cheerleading and dance, and fast!! What are some tips and exercises i can do to get strong abs? And lose my belly fat. HELP!!
You will need to get a strong core. Running will also help since it pumps blood and works your endurance. Look around on Google for some ab workouts. I posted some websites below for you to check out. Also try looking at Youtube videos cause those also help
Good luck! Also I find it easier to do it with someone else because it gets boring after a while. Plus, it also pushes you to keep up with each other

run your ass off, upside down crunches or inclined at least and leg ups, (knee highs).

For strong abs in cheer leading, we do 100 v-sets. We dislike them but we do them. Also, crunches and planks.
