How do i get my waist smaller?
What are some diet/eating tips and exercise/workout tips to get my waist measurement smaller? I don’t necessarily want abs, i just want a smaller waist, so i can have more of an hourglass shape.
well start running. Running for half an hour a day can tone your abs, legs and other areas of your body because it’s a full workout. If you do it consistent, you will start to see results in about the third week. And that’s as long as you stay on a healthy diet (not something I can do). Don’t eat too much junk food (too bad i can’t do it) and well that’s it.
Oh just so you know, people are born with different shapes and sizes. One is my friends is like a stick with not much figure, while the other is a curvy as a pear. LOL. Anyways, so ya, people have all different types of bodies. Some people eat like crazy and don’t get fat. Other drink water and they get fat. Ya, i know. Well good luck and let’s hope I can follow the same advice I gave to you.

Hula Hooping, it continually shapes your waist(it worked for me). Also, a healthly diet never fails anyone! Drink 8 cups of water a day and load up on fruits and veggies.

well to start off, eat five smaller meals a day instead of three bigger meals. This will sustain you and will help prevent from over eating. Drinking water helps too (8 glasses, or as much as you can). Also, any kind of cardio helps, and it doesn’t always have to be running. If you like things like tennis, jump roping, bicycling, swimming…anything that gets you moving. The best results come from prolonged amounts, but even small amounts work.
The key is to do things slowly and not all at once. Transition into a new routine, not jump back into it.
