How do I get lowers abs fast??!!?
I need abs for the summer and it's almost here! How do I get lower abs if my upper abs are already in shape?
first of all, it takes time and effort. You cant just wait for your abs to show up (i have tried and it doesnt work! lmao)
do core exercises like wall-sits (for legs) or crunches. A really EXCELLENT core exercise for getting abs are "planks". they are really hard to do, but if you do at least three in a row, each day, it will help out a lot.
Planks are when you balance on your arms and toes and hold your position for at least 45 seconds. Take a 30 second break inbetween and then restart. Make sure your butt isn't lowered or raised; your body is straight. (Hence the name "plank")

this ^^^^^^ is a picture of what a plank is
long distance running and sprints also help. You have to be dedicated to your exercising and healthy eating, though. It will come soon enough!

leg lifts. Lay down on your back all the way straight. Put your hands beside you hips, and hold your legs about 6 - 10 inches off the ground for as long as you can.

you don't as there's NO SUCH THING as "Lower Abs"
Your midsection is separated into front sides and back
NOT upper and lower
to see the lower half of your front ab wall you'll need to get your bodyfat percentage down with good eating and the same exercises that hit your "upper abs"
