how do i get a six pack fast!?

I am in high school. i really want a six pack to impress this girl i know. She is really nice and fun to be around. She allready likes me, but i want her to see that i have some muscle. We are going to the pool soon, and i keep stalling. wat is the fastest way to get a six pack. Like is there some kind of secret, or workout that will get me the abs i want? i dont care, as long as it doesnt involve me spending a whole lot of money. Please help me.

Fastest way to get a six-pack is to go to the soft drink aisle at Wally World and pick up one off the shelf.

Now, the best way to develop abdominal muscle definition is a two-step process that has no shortcuts, even though internet sites and comic book ads suggest otherwise.

Step one is to lose the fat that covers the muscles. The muscles are there, but if they’re covered over by cheeseburgers and french fries nobody will see them. Make sense? of course it does. Muscles need protein, so eat foods that are high in protein. If you eat fatty meats to get protein, you’ll just have that much more fat to get rid of, so stay away from the cheeseburgers. Think lean, get mean. Got it? Lean steak and fresh vegetable salad is a terrific combination. Just use a little lemon juice for salad dressing instead of pouring on the ranch or mayo. Also, drink lots and lots of water every day. About three quarts (QUARTS!) a day. That will help flush out the fatty stuff, and you’ll eat less because you won’t feel as hungry.

Step two is to exercise the muscles you want to develop. Curl ups and leg lifts will do the trick for your abs, but you can build muscle faster if you do hard physical labor. Once upon a time, young men could go work in a coal mine or sign aboard a sailing ship to find hard labor. These days you might join a volunteer group like Habitat for Humanity or get a job on a construction crew. Haul a few tons of building materials around for a few weeks and you’ll look like Atlas himself!

Step three of my two step process is don’t worry about it. If you’re worthwhile, your young lady will like you just the way you are.

    Liquor store.

    You could get a six-pack of coke or something, but that’s unimpressive.

    (Muscle building is hard and takes forever, and it’s a waste of time if the only thing you are going to do with it is show it off. Unless you want to try anabolic steroids, but I wouldn’t recommend that.)

    Haha , eat alot of celery , it burns more of calories that gained when eating it. Eat alot of small portions through out the day like five. While your watching TV , do ab workouts. Go to the gym , when you hear celebrity stories & hear how they got there bodies , you’d be suprised on how simple those stories are. All it takes is dedication. Because you can’t be "breaking your diet" every day. In the morning eat sugar free cereal , and fruit. Like at 10 , eat a granola bar or healthy snack. At lunch eat celery , or beans, with a healthy meal. Between lunch and dinner eat another healthy snack , and at dinner eat what you would normally eat. Dont eat that "low fat ice cream " stuff , just don’t eat it all. Replace it with an apple , and take a jog or something. Lol , and workout consistently.In order to get abs you gotta be doing this EVERYDAY , for a couple of months. Depends on how good in shape you are right now(:

    Sadly, getting a 6-pack isn’t easy at all. First, you have to burn some a bit of fat, even if you’re skinny. To do that, do Cardio (anything that gets your heart beating faster than normal) in the morning, 3-4 times a week for about 30-40 minutes. Do this in the morning preferably. This is optional, but you can also buy some V* Fusion Acai Berry drink. Acai Berry speeds up your metabolism a lot, and is good for losing weight. I took them for 3 months, so I would know.

    Some good ab workouts that I know of is the ab twist, leg lifts, butt ups, & jackknife.

    To be honest, a lot of girls aren’t that impressed with six-packs. I mean, sure they’re nice to look at, but they can be extreme. And a six-pack might make this girl feel intimidated.
    But still, I’m no expert, but my guy-friend doesn’t have a six-pack, but does have quite noticeable muscles on his arms and it looks good. All he does is light weight-lifting, an hour and a half a day. This would be okay for you since you only want her to notice you have some muscle, and not a whole lot?
    I know this isn’t the best answer to the question, but I hope it helps.
