		<description>Do crunches.
Start off with about 25- 30 crunches everday for the first week or two. 
The third week start doing 35 to 45 per day
The fourth week do 45- 50 per day
The fifth week do 50- 55 per day
The sixth week do 55- 65 per day
The seventh week do 75 per day
Keep progressing but dont go over 80 unless you have been doing 75 for a long time because you may hurt yourself. Make sure you progress slowly or you can hurt yourself that way as well.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
