how do i get a 6 pack? -abs?

i’m 12 and a g irl, but i really REALLY want one. i do crunches, weights, crunches with weights and something called a bycicle something when u twist and do crunches to the opposit leg. i’m also gunna join the swim team this year and do all that stuff. any suggestions? thx -AB :D
You can try to stop eating junk food and drink plenty of water. If you do that and keep doing what you do it seems you’ll have no problem.

    ok ill make it short and simple for you

    eat less and move more

    eat 6 small meals a day every 3 hours to increase your metabolism
    do ab workouts
    lift weights to lose weight
    do alot of caridio to remove excess fat
    AND MOST IMPORTANT DO NOT EAT OUT OR EAT JUNK FOOD!
    oh and almost forgot when your eating, eat until satisfied not full.
