how can i get rid of this small amount of fat over my abs?
I am 5′4" and 108 lbs. Im pretty slim, but i have an annoying small "fat roll" over my abs. I have strong abs so i know theres a 6 pack under there somewhere, i just dont know how to lose this small fat over them. I have slimmed down a little so i eat verrryy healthy. ( no sweets, only meats i eat are chicken and turkey, lots of veggies and fruits. also lots of tofu) i have stopped losing weight but i really want to get this fat roll to go away. ( we r doing swimming soon in pe and i want to look good..hot guys in my class lol) o i also do bout 200 bicycle curl ups, 40 leg lifts, 20 v ups and a small bit of weight training. I walk home from the bus everyday (bout a 1/4 of a mile) fairly hilly though. so if any1 knows how i could get rid of this small fat roll with food ideas or new excersizes that would be great!!
o and i rreeallyyy hate cardio work so if theres any way to get a 6 pack without that then let me know

You can try to cut some carbs out. Just bump them down a little. Make sure you drink enough water that will also help try to get in 8 8oz glasses of water a day.

eat a lot of soy products same thing happend to me thats only im 5′ 1” and i weight 105 my mom put me on a soy diet and within 2 weeks i could see my abs

hard to lose fat without cardio. based on your ht& wt, you are probably already a little too thin.

The starving technique
I know it kinda sounds unhealty but it worked for my brother and me
I was not in good shape when I was in middle school, but since high school I am getting busier and busier, many times I only eat a bar of chocolate or candy for lunch, breakfast I just drink a cup of milk for protein, but I have bigger dinner meals, it is half of what I normally eat during my middle school year. I do not recommend this if it affects your daily life activities and your health.

Lisghen don’t starve yourself like a fool, stop drinking soda if you do and other man made drinks. drink water! orange juice and milk is ok. but you need water.

honestly, i hate when girls have perfect six packs. it’s intimitading. a smooth, sexy, lean body is all i find attractive in a girl. not overbulked muscles. you sound pretty slim, so don’t worry. guys will think you’re gorgeous.
