How can i get good abs without any specialised equipment?
i am 15 and a tad fat. i would like to get good abs without having to spend money on equipment. is there a simple (or otherwise) exercise routine that i could do, perhaps daily, in the confort of my home? preferably less than ten mins if possible?
You can only really lose fat doing cardio .. i.e Running, jogging
A healthy person eats about 1800 calories a day. About 12 minutes running burns 100 calories.
To lose weight you need to burn about 250 extra calories a day, but not eat more food. This will make your body burn the fat
To get more muscle you need to eat less carbs.. chips, soda, bread, and crap like that… and eat more protein like chicken, meat, eggs.
You also need to do some light resistance after your 20 minutes of jogging/running… like situps, and pushups..
Do this for 6 months and maybe you’ll have a 6pack or be close to one..

You can’t just suddenly have abs and be fat everywhere else. So first you do push ups to burn all around body fat, and then do sit ups to get abs.
