How can I get abs? How long will it take me?

Hello! :) How can I get abs and how long will it take? I am tall and skinny. Plz ad some ab exersizes! Thanx!!

depends on your current fitness level and current bodyfat ratio.
if you currently have the average bodyfat of a healthy woman which is 18-22%, then with strenuous training of 45 minutes a day for 3-6 weeks coupled with a strict diet of 1.4 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight every single day,, do no soda, no alcoholic beverages, limit carbs like crazy and limit fats to healthy ones from fish oils then you will in about 5-6 weeks have visible abs.

    Depending on you exercises, most likely at least half a year. See a physical trainer person to find a good workout schedule that won’t overexert and hurt you.

    I found it a really helpful video, because everyone has a couch :P

    I couldn’t give you an estimated time, but getting big abs is a lot tougher than it sounds. Just keep working at it any it will come in time. Don’t be impatient though, because it can be a while.

    if you are skin then it wont be to hard abs that are defined are because of a low body fat index. so try jack knifes, leg raises, six inches, ball work outs, planks and sid planks. crunches are good to but get kind of boring after a while.

    there’s really no way to say how long it will take you to get abs as it depends on how much body fat you have, how hard you work at it, your diet and genetics. being that you’re tall and skinny, it shouldn’t take as long as it would most people because you dont’ have an extra layer of fat hiding them. i am also tall and skinny and it took me about a month and a half. i worked out 6 days a week doing abs every other day. this is not to say i had a six pack but i definitely had definition that i was proud of. you need to work the abs to complete failure. if it means 80 situps and 100 crunches for you to reach that point, then that’s just the way it is. here’s a good website with the top 10 best ab exercises. good luck. if i did it at 40 something and had never set foot in a gym before or ever been athletic, you can do it too.

    ROSSG - awesome video you posted. only problem is that for a beginner there is no instruction for proper form. i’ve had back surgery and i know a couple of those exercises would kill my back and probably cause another injury if done wrong. but for somebody that knows what to look for, that video is GREAT! i have added it to my favorites and will be using it as a guide. thanks.
