		<description>I have heard of a program which concentrates on making abs through actions we do daily and food habits. This is very good when you have less time for workout. Although this is a paid program but you can still try to subscribe to their mails which provide the same program in bits on a daily / weekly basis. They concentrate mainly on food habits and workouts derived out of your daily actions.
