Hi, in this video, I show you how to get a flat stomach and thin waste by working your oblique muscles with weights. Your oblique muscles are responsible for pulling your waste in and creating that desirable v-shape.     Well, the only analogy I can give you is after my pregnancies. I had a small waist most of my life. Before I had children it was small and then, of course, with my two pregnancies it grew a huge amount. It took me about 1 1/2 years after each child was born to get my waist back to its former small size. Now I just maintain it with diet and exercise.
