i have been working at the gym. i am 14 years old, and i want abs but not body builder ones just toned and outlined?

And what about spray tans what do you think of them?

prob bout six weeks .
and spray tans are okay…they wash off though. I’d rather just relax in the sun! Not that that is good for your skin, or that it is sunny, considering its winter…:(
