		<description>The best way for getting a six pack is sit-ups, push-ups, and running. Also lay off the junk food a little. Don&#39;t go to crazy also. For example, don&#39;t go on a crash diet, or do like 1000 push up and sit ups a day. Do about 100-300. I personally do 500, that&#39;s because I&#39;m use to it. 		<description>Lots of Cardio thats the important step. You can do a million crunches everyday and still not have that six pack. Why you ask, because by just doing crunches you are working your core but not burning the fat that is covering them up. Lots of jogging will take care of that. By jogging you are working your legs and your core and burning stored fat cells that cover your abs. Everyone thinks that by just working one set of muscles they are going to flatten there stomach. Fat does not burn from one certain area it gradually decreases from high and low intensity cardio work outs. Yes you will burn fat from weight training but its hard to keep your heart rate to the desired rate consistantly through out your work out because you must let your muscles rest between sets. My friend does swimming and then sit-ups and he was a little chubby but now he&#39;s a good size.
