hmm, you can always just lay on your back on a flat floor (clean i might add) and push your tummy in (against the floor) so your back is completely flat, or just bike ride, i lost alot of weight walking every single day, and riding. and just dancing ^ ^

Wow man, that is crazy! I think that’s what is happening with me. I workout to to Kilamanjaro and yet it seems it never goes away! I know my abs are built up, as my whole body is doing all body workouts with the TRX and bodyweight and such, yet this belly just never seems to go away!
I just did the test of aligning myself straight up against the door, and I could fit my whole forearm through… That is scary! I’m going to have to get some good insight on this, and get that fixed quick!
