I am 15 3/4 i do have a six pack that is almost rock hard but how DO I GET THE SMALL LAYER OF FAT TO GO AWAY?

i do a lot of crunches,reverce crunches and stuff like that, but i can’t get the fat to go away what can i do that is HEALTHY for my body?

that litttle layer will go away if you run. I’m talking hardcore sprints that leave you breathless.

    ya i know how u feel. i have a great six like u but i cnt get rid of tht little bit of flab on the bottom and even a very thin layer on top. i think it just a healthy amount tht we need and every time we eat it goes right to tht spot because thts the spot tht is lacking because we work on it so much. good luck

    Eat more lean proteins such as chicken, fish, turkey, and more healthy fats such as mixed nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and seeds. Also stretch your hip flexors before do abs work to hit the lower section of the abdominals instead of the hips.
