		<description>First you have to really do some cardio.  Jogging/running/swimming will burn the extra fat you have  thus making the abdominals more visible.  Then you can work on making your ab muscles bigger.  I'm sure your school has a gym you can work out in.  You can do crunches, leg lifts, ab machines etc to make your abs stronger but you have to get rid of the fat first.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
